We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that supports the company’s brand, marketing, communications, and business objectives. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital and print materials, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with internal teams, and translating ideas and concepts into effective visual designs.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials.
  • Create marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, email graphics, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Design graphics for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Create engaging social media graphics and visual content.
  • Develop branded presentations, reports, proposals, and internal communications.
  • Maintain consistency across all company branding and visual communications.
  • Follow established brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, imagery standards, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, and other departments to understand project requirements.
  • Translate creative briefs, business objectives, and marketing concepts into effective visual solutions.
  • Work with copywriters, marketers, photographers, developers, and other creative professionals as needed.
  • Prepare files for digital publishing and print production.
  • Review designs for accuracy, quality, alignment, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, assets, and project documentation.
  • Source and edit photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Assist with photo editing, image retouching, resizing, and formatting.
  • Create templates that allow teams to produce consistent branded materials.
  • Stay current with graphic design trends, technology, software, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with special campaigns, events, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet accessibility and usability standards when applicable.
  • Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.

Digital Design Responsibilities

  • Create graphics optimized for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Design visual assets for mobile and desktop experiences.
  • Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with web and marketing teams to ensure designs work effectively across digital channels.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and organized source files.

Print Design Responsibilities

  • Design brochures, business cards, posters, signage, packaging, event materials, and promotional items.
  • Prepare print-ready files according to vendor specifications.
  • Coordinate with printers and external vendors when necessary.
  • Review proofs and make corrections before final production.
  • Ensure appropriate resolution, color formats, bleeds, margins, and file specifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous professional graphic design experience or an equivalent portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand creative direction and translate concepts into visual designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an in-house creative or marketing department.
  • Agency or freelance design experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media design.
  • Experience with branding and visual identity development.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience preparing files for professional printing.
  • Photography or photo-editing experience.
  • Experience creating presentation and data-visualization graphics.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with industry-standard design software, such as:

  • Adobe Photoshop.
  • Adobe Illustrator.
  • Adobe InDesign.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
  • Figma or similar design tools.
  • Canva or other content-creation platforms, as applicable.
  • Basic video or motion-design software is a plus.

The ability to learn new design software and technology is expected.

Work Environment
