Hi!

We’re Epoche, a new lingerie brand with bold ambitions to conquer the U.S. market — and an even bolder mission: to celebrate the courage of women being unapologetically themselves through every piece we design and community we build. We’re just at the beginning of our journey — and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life and proudly say one day: “That was us. Our team made it real,” when our brand is all over your feed, in every moodboard and media kit.

Key Responsibilities of Our Future Designer:
  • Develop and evolve epoche’s brand book, ensure it stays relevant to fashion and cultural trends, and guarantee that all visual materials remain fully aligned with it
  • Create and adapt visual assets for our website, social media, email campaigns, and ads
  • Retouch campaign images and e-commerce photos to maintain visual consistency
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and SMM team to translate brand into standout visuals
  • Designing visuals for offline ads and print materials, including lookbooks, packaging, and event collateral
Required Experience & Skills:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a must)
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Figma; video editing tools will be a plus
  • Experience in photo retouching and color correction
  • Experience creating print-ready designs for offline ads, packaging and marketing materials
  • A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Basic video editing skills are a bonus — even better if you’ve worked on short-form content
  • Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

We’re not looking for someone to simply execute briefs — we want a creative partner who cares about brand, has a strong visual POV, and wants to build something from the ground up. If you're energized by creating moodboards, designing bold visuals, and setting a standard of design we’ll look back on with pride — we’d love to meet you.

This role is part-time to start, since we do not have the tasks for full capacity just yet. But we’d love it to grow into a full-time position as we scale.

What else do you get?
  • Competitive market salary
  • Flexible working hours
  • Fully remote work with regular strategy meetups across Europe — plus optional access to our cozy offices in Kyiv and Warsaw
  • Unlimited paid time off (when KPIs are met)
  • Support for education, participation in industry events, and work-related travel
  • A supportive and empowering team culture, mentorship, and everything you need for personal and professional growth

If you’re a designer who thrives in fast environment, has a love for fashion, and feels something click while reading this — apply now. You’ll help shape how the world sees Epoche, and your work will speak for itself.

What to expect from our hiring process:
  1. If your portfolio looks like a match, we’ll follow up with an invitation to a short first interview.
  2. After that, we’ll offer a short test task to evaluate creative fit.
  3. If your vision matches ours, we’ll schedule a final 1 hr interview as the last step.
  4. If we both feel the spark — we’ll make it official 💫

If you don’t hear from us within 7 business days, it means your style or experience isn’t the right match at this moment. But we appreciate your interest and hope to cross paths again in the future.
