LightFeather is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for a 3-month contract to support a variety of visual design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed designer with strong experience creating polished, brand-consistent visual assets for digital and presentation-based environments.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics, wireframes, diagrams, presentations, templates, and marketing materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and support business and client needs.

Location: Remote, United States
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract (1099 Contractor)

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality visual assets including presentations, infographics, process diagrams, digital graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Support building out our new website through visual design, branded assets, and page-level creative execution.
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, incorporate feedback, and refine design outputs.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and maintain visual consistency.
  • Create and update templates, reusable assets, and presentation materials.
  • Optimize digital assets for various formats and platforms.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver work on deadline in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders during core U.S. business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, presentations, branding, and visual communication.
  • Strong understanding of Human Centered Design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal oversight..
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with PowerPoint, or pitch deck design.
  • Experience supporting consulting, government, or professional services environments.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Framer.
  • Experience creating infographics, process visuals, and client-facing presentation assets.
