About the role
As we rapidly scale in the U.S., we’re looking for a Graphic Designer, Brand & Marketing to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll own our visual identity across campaigns, events, and marketing channels—translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling visuals that bring our product to life.
You’ll collaborate closely with our U.S. marketing team and our brand partners in Germany to ensure strong visual consistency, creative innovation, and high-impact storytelling across all channels.
📍 Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA or Remote (Eastern Time Zone).
✈️ Travel: Travel to conferences, industry events, and the Boston office required
👤 Reports to: Head of U.S. Marketing, Anne Nelson
What you’ll do
- Lead the evolution of the U.S. brand’s visual identity in partnership with our Germany-based marketing team, maintaining strong alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
- Design high-impact visuals across digital, product, and marketing channels including website, social media, email, ads, campaigns, case studies, and infographics
- Design sales, event, and trade show materials including presentations, booth graphics, signage, print collateral, and branded merchandise
- Support website design needs including landing pages, header graphics, and product visuals
- Produce photo and short-form video content from concept through post-production
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to transform complex technical ideas into clear, high-impact B2B visuals.
- Leverage AI tools alongside industry best practices and visual marketing theory to streamline workflows and accelerate content creation
What you’ll bring to the team
- 4+ years of professional experience in visual design within B2B environments or agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and other design tools
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand-driven digital design, event materials, and video production.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and balance both conception and execution
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, or on-site content shoots
