About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant (Change Implementation Consultant) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
  • Lead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and services
  • Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
  • Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
  • Coordinate appropriate meetings
  • Communicate status to the customer and line partners
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Treasury Management experience
  • Strong Treasury Management knowledge and experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$68,000.00 - $125,000.00
