Government Affairs Lead

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Government Affairs Lead to lead PatientPing’s government affairs function with a specific focus on building partnerships with state health departments and Medicaid programs.

What You Will Do:

•Develop go-to-market strategy around partnerships with state governments to expand distribution and usage of PatientPing’s care coordination platform.

•Prioritize opportunities across all states and build detailed execution plan around each.

•Work closely with product team to defined and iterate product requirements.

•Package state-focused product suite to align opportunities with PatientPing product and company objectives.

•Engage, present and negotiate partnerships with state governments to accelerate growth of PatientPing’s care coordination platform.

•Other duties and projects as assigned

•Report to the Head of Growth

What You Need:

•8+ years experience in management/public affairs consulting or work with a state/federal government or strategic sales to state/federal governments

•Strong analytical skills and a track record of developing frameworks to prioritize complex opportunities

•Exceptional communicator and storyteller to drive adoption of innovative product offerings

•Strong understanding of current trends and changes happening in healthcare and healthcare IT

•Exceptional ability to balance strategic approach with results-oriented deal-making

•Experience with early-stage enterprise startups preferred

•Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
