About the Team/Role 
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mid Business Process Analyst to join our Employee Technology Services team, with a primary focus on Google Workspace, including Gemini! You'll be the "face" of our team, working directly with end-users to optimize their experience and productivity within the Google Workspace ecosystem.

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll be the Google Workspace expert, partnering with employees across the organization to understand their unique needs and maximize the potential of tools like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and the innovative Gemini AI platform. You'll analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and champion solutions that streamline collaboration and boost productivity within Google Workspace.

In addition, you'll play a vital role in communicating the team's successes and educating end-users on the value of the technology solutions we provide.
 

How you'll make an impact

  • Engage with End Users: Proactively interact with employees, providing training, support, and guidance on how to leverage Google Workspace and other collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Lucidchart, Moveworks, etc.) effectively. Respond promptly and helpfully to employee questions and concerns regarding our technology solutions.

  • Conduct Process Analysis: Analyze and map existing workflows, not only within Google Workspace but across all supported collaboration platforms, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency and cross-platform integration.

  • Drive Technology Adoption: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement new features and tools, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across the entire suite of collaboration platforms.

  • Champion User Productivity: Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and features across all supported tools, including Google Workspace and Gemini. Empower employees to use these tools to their full potential. Create clear and concise help guides and training materials to educate end-users on the entire technology ecosystem.

  • Monitor & Measure Success: Develop key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of initiatives across all collaboration platforms and drive continuous improvement. Market the team's progress and successes through various communication channels, showcasing the positive impact of the entire technology solution suite.

Experience you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field, or relevant work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis or a customer-facing role

  • 1-2 years of strong proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gemini preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, provide effective training, and respond empathetically to user inquiries

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with process mapping tools and techniques

  • Passion for technology and its potential to improve employee productivity

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
