Who we are looking for

This role designs, builds, and maintains the technical systems that power Cadonix’s go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, sales development, and customer success. Sitting at the intersection of revenue operations and engineering, the GTM Engineer translates business goals into automated, AI-enabled workflows that accelerate pipeline, improve data quality, and scale customer engagement. You will integrate and coordinates the GTM tech stack. You will ship custom automations and AI-powered tools. They work across teams to turn go-to-market problems into clean, scalable systems that run reliably from first touch through renewal.

What you get to do
  • Build and maintain the systems behind lead routing, opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows across the entire GTM funnel.
  • Drive the strategic integration and automation of the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Clay, 6sense, Clari, and Gong. Build a cohesive system and evolve the stack as the business scales.
  • Design and deploy AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, enrich records, personalize outreach, and improve deal velocity.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Technology, and Data teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Orchestrate multi-system enrichment, scoring, and segmentation workflows that improve data quality, enable deeper personalization, and power scalable engagement programs.
  • Prototype, ship, and maintain LLM-powered tools and applications that solve real-world customer-facing and internal workflow problems.
  • Build automations, reports, and dashboards that surface insights and enable data-driven decision-making for BDR, SDR, AE, Partner, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials to support widespread GTM user adoption and expedite resolving challenges.
  • Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed, shipping quickly while building systems that hold up as Cadonix grows.
  • Identify gaps and edge cases across the funnel and proactively design systems that close them.
What you bring to the Team
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales engineering/architecture, or a software/product engineering role with significant multi-functional GTM exposure at a fast paced company.
  • Demonstrated experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and customer lifecycle operations.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern GTM tech stack referenced above and SQL.
  • Experience prototyping or shipping LLM-powered workflows using the OpenAI API or similar AI platforms strongly preferred.
