Essential Responsibilities
- Develop the overall O&M business vision and strategy for the company, including execution of short-term goals and long-term direction for a global organization with 600+ employees (including 8 direct reports) worldwide across 17+ countries.
- Responsible for sales of $154.6M and gross margin of $45.3M, with CSA & Combo sales of $138.6M and gross margin of $54.7M.
- Foster relationships with Regional General Managers/ ITR Leaders and their teams and drive overall direction of the O&M business.
- Go to gemba and & interface with internal customer base to better See, Plan and Execute OSS work on site with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our customers as a measure of success.
- Fosters a positive employee relations culture, with strong front-line leadership and connectivity across the various regions.
- Lead and deliver operational key performance indicators (TTI’s/KPI’s) across the O&M segment aligned to SQDC, such as but not limited to I&I rate, escaping defects, customer events, CX Score, COPQ, resource utilization & efficiency, Fixed Production Cost (FPC) and a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Communicate and coordinate with regions, One Field Services leadership, and Gas Power Services business leadership with standard KPIs, data analytics to support continuous improvement, & metrics around operational and cost efficiency
- Serve as a member of the One Field Services leadership staff, and partner across regions and various global functions successfully as one global team.
- Drive a culture of lean as a part of the continuous improvement efforts across the global tooling organization, including kaizens, standard work, and daily management in operations
- Leverage productivity tools to drive labor & material variable cost productivity as a part of our competitive differentiation.
- Work very closely with Regional Leaders to drive Center of Excellence (COE) operational excellence with a focus on SQDC as our true north.
- Prioritize and execute an evolving portfolio to drive cost reduction while sustaining a culture of safety first always and quality as our brand.
- Maintain compliance to all GE Vernova policies and quality initiatives.
- Demonstrate responsibility for financial cost (Core and Variable) performance and overall execution for O&M contracts.
- Establish and maintain a strong business operating rhythm of Daily Management through Leader’s Standard Work and Lean principles.
- Ebb and flow with changes to market expectations and development countermeasures to macro and micro level economics for short and long term sustainability.
- Must be able to travel domestic & international.
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive company vision, and support customers in alignment with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in a variety of business areas such as operations, quality, customer or field services, engineering, product management, project/program management, or other related fields.
- 5 or more years of global or regional leadership experience
- English fluency
Desired Characteristics
- MBA or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Prior global or regional leadership experience in GE Gas Power, Steam Power, Wind Power, Aero, Aviation, or FieldCore, driving successful field services initiatives or programs globally or regionally.
- Minimum of 20 years of combined experience in a variety of business areas such as operations, quality, customer or field services, engineering, product management, project/program management, or other related fields.
- Strong knowledge of power generation field operations and services, and awareness of current portfolio of fleet equipment (gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, controls, aero turbines)
- Experience leading fixed facility power plant teams and operators
- Strong business savvy and financial acumen
- Prior experience leading a region or sub region P&L
- Outcomes focused for customer service; ability to drive efficiency & standardization into processes
- Lean mindset, driving a culture of standard work, daily management, continuous improvement, etc. Drive Hoshin Kanri application in daily management and operating rigor.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as external organizations
- Proven leadership skills, demonstrated track record leading a team of direct reports and working in a team environment to achieve results.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $350,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits.
