Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a dynamic VP, Solution Sales – Workforce& IGA to drive global growth in our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Workforce solutions. This leader will define and execute a go-to-market strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and strengthen CyberArk as the market leader in unified Workforce and IGA security.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive solution sales strategy for Workforce & IGA solutions, aligned with CyberArk’s growth objectives.

· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global solution sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline; drive both direct sales and channel partnerships to maximize market reach.

· Articulate the value of CyberArk’s IGA and Workforce offerings to C-level executives, tailoring solutions to address client pain points and regulatory needs.

· Leverage deep industry knowledge to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles and close high-value deals.

· Monitor customer, partner, and competitor activity, providing strategic feedback to product and executive teams to inform go-to-market plans.

· Represent CyberArk at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership forums to elevate brand presence and generate qualified leads.

· Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to executive leadership.

Qualifications

· Proven executive sales leadership experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity governance, workforce solutions, and broader Identity Security space.

· Deep understanding of the IGA, Workforce, and the broader Identity Security market dynamics, competitive landscape, and selling methodologies.

· Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams, set vision and KPIs, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

· Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to craft compelling value propositions for enterprise clients.

· Experience with SaaS and subscription-based business models.

· Established network of C-level contacts in target markets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Willingness to travel globally as needed.

The salary range for this position is $195,000 – $275,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
