Job Summary

AllCloud is seeking a Vice President of Global Marketing to drive consistent, high-performing demand generation and go-to-market execution across all regions in which we go-to-market. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role for someone who thrives operating at every altitude, equally comfortable presenting to the executive team in the morning and rolling up their sleeves at a client or partner event that evening.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in professional services marketing, ideally within the cloud, systems integrator, or IT consulting space, and understands how to translate a global marketing strategy into regional execution. They know how to get things done through and alongside a distributed team of regional marketing directors, and are comfortable operating in a channel-driven business where marketing plans are closely tied to partners like AWS, Salesforce, and Anthropic. This role is less about setting new strategic direction and more about driving disciplined, consistent execution of the marketing plan worldwide.

Requirements

Summary of Requirements & Experience:

Global Execution Leadership

  • Working with the CMO, this role will own end-to-end execution of AllCloud's global marketing plan across all regions, ensuring consistency in quality, messaging, and cadence
  • Translate global priorities into clear, actionable regional plans in partnership with each Regional Marketing Director
  • Track execution against plan and budget, identify gaps or bottlenecks early, and step in directly to keep programs on track

Demand Generation & Go-to-Market

  • Lead demand generation strategy and execution across multiple regions, including campaigns, pipeline programs, and lead-to-revenue processes for AllCloud's professional and managed services offerings
  • Drive go-to-market execution including strategy development, creative, and messaging across regions
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing programs are generating and supporting pipeline effectively
  • Ensure AllCloud brand standards are upheld while still pushing creativity and innovation in campaigns

Alliance & Partner Marketing Execution

  • Work closely with the CMO & VPs of Alliances to execute co-marketing programs with AWS, Salesforce, Anthropic, and other key technology partners
  • Ensure regional teams are effectively leveraging partner funding, MDF, and joint marketing programs as part of the global plan
  • Work with alliances leaders to develop a plan and support partner-related events, launches, and campaigns from planning through execution

Regional Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor Regional Marketing Directors, providing hands-on support, coaching, and accountability
  • Roll up sleeves alongside regional teams when needed, reviewing campaign details, jumping into event logistics, or helping troubleshoot execution issues in real time
  • Establish shared standards, playbooks, and tools that regional teams can execute against consistently

Executive & Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Represent global marketing execution status and results to the CMO and executive leadership
  • Partner with sales, alliances, and client service leadership to ensure marketing execution supports firm-wide business goals
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders while remaining grounded in the operational details

What Success Looks Like

  • Demand generation programs deliver measurable, reliable pipeline contribution and high ROI across all regions
  • Regional marketing teams execute the global plan consistently and on time, with minimal friction
  • Partner co-marketing programs with strategic partners AWS, Salesforce and Anthropic ensure they are fully leveraged and well-executed at the regional level
  • Marketing has a visible, trusted presence at client and partner events across regions
  • Executive leadership has confidence in marketing's execution discipline and reporting
  • Regional Marketing Directors are well-supported, coached, and held accountable to shared standards

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing marketing teams across multiple regions or countries
  • Direct experience in professional services marketing; experience in a cloud, systems integrator, or IT consulting environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with technology alliance/partner marketing programs (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar ISV/hyperscaler ecosystems) is a strong plus
  • Proven track record leading demand generation programs and go-to-market execution at scale
  • Experience managing and developing a team of regional marketing leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between executive-level strategy conversations and hands-on, in-the-weeds execution
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally, including hands-on support at client and partner events
  • Strong project management and operational discipline; comfortable holding self and others accountable to deadlines and standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to engage confidently with C-suite executives and the flexibility to work directly with field teams

About you:

This role is best suited for someone who describes themselves as a "doer" more than a "strategist,” someone energized by execution and detail. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of stepping into any regional market to help solve a problem, and driven by seeing programs through to completion rather than handing off execution to others. Experience operating in a partner-driven professional services business, where alliances, co-marketing, and sales collaboration are core to how marketing wins, will make this candidate especially effective at AllCloud.

Why work for us?

Our team inspires progress in each other and in our customers through our relentless pursuit of excellence; you will work with leaders who promote learning and personal development.

AllCloud is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics or any other basis forbidden under federal, provincial, or local law.
