What You’ll Do

The Global Supply Manager - Cooling Solutions is a critical role responsible for overseeing the procurement and on-time delivery of various rack cooling solutions, including cooling distribution units (CDUs), rear door heat exchangers and other high performance air-cooling solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supplier relationship management, supplier performance, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Process (CPFR), and overall procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical infrastructure hardware.The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Execution:

  • Execute global procurement strategies for cooling solutions that align with business goals and operational requirements.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFQs, supplier selection, and total cost analysis.

Supplier Management & Performance:

  • Manage a global supplier base with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, pricing, and service levels.
  • Conduct regular supplier business reviews and implement supplier development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to align procurement plans with technical requirements, demand forecasts, and project timelines.

Procurement Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely procurement processes including purchase order management, lead time optimization, and exception handling.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, international trade regulations, and ESG standards.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use data and KPIs to measure procurement performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit readiness and strategic analysis.

Minimun Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management in Cloud Data Center or related industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Oracle, Netsuite, Kinaxis) is preferred.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,000-$179,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
