About the role

You’ll be supporting the Global Outsourced Procurement team.

  • Support end-to-end procurement processes for indirect and direct materials
  • Prepare comprehensive bid packs, analyze cost structures, and recommend cost optimization strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Operations) to gather and coordinate procurement requirements and specifications
  • Liaise with global suppliers to clarify bid pack requirements, manage quotation submissions, and ensure timelines are met
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve best-value outcomes
  • Monitor and track S&A (Sales & Administration) part costs, report variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and global sourcing best practices
