A Day in the LifeWe are looking for a strategic Global Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the global launch of our next generation product within the Cardiac Diagnostics & Services business. This critical role will shape the new product launch go-to-market strategy, portfolio positioning, and develop global commercialization plans. You will be the global marketing launch lead on a cross-functional product development team and contribute to fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture that’s aligned to our mission and strategic objectives for the CDS portfolio - including diagnostics, remote monitoring, and digital health solutions.A Day in the Life:
- Marketing launch leader for a new diagnostic product to be introduced globally.
- Your day to day may include translating clinical and customer insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- As part of your product launch responsibilities, you will be aligning with R&D and upstream teams on launch strategies and collaborating with downstream portfolio and digital marketing leads.
- Direct, design and implement comprehensive product launch and marketing plans that may include establishing business plans, positioning and targeting, competitive strategy, pricing, forecasting and analysis of distribution and inventory management.
- Support the development of programs to educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, ongoing sales training and new hire training.
- Act as internal therapy expert, you will leverage your knowledge base to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision making and broad-based business strategy.
- Create business dashboards, and monitor metrics required to support sales and supply chain operations and accelerate key portfolio decisions.
- Present to key members of the leadership team around launch status and opportunities for growth.
- Provide global demand forecasts and scenarios; provide inventory allocation management for region.
Must have:
- 7+ Years of marketing experience with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ Years with Master’s degree
- Proven success working on cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving go-to-market strategies.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Marketing or sales experience within cardiovascular market
- Ability to develop, implement, and communicate marketing and commercial strategy across geographies and customer types.
- Strong ability to understand and influence the design of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to take disparate data points and weave clear action plans and strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skill to work effectively with cross functional and regional partners.
- Team-orientated approach and ability to build and maintain strong business relationships across functions.
- Strong analytical skills including understanding of business economics and financial measures. Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience bringing new products or digital solutions to market, a solid understanding of ecosystem product innovation
- Strong strategic thinking and has demonstrated cross-functional influence.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt, pivot strategically, and thrive in a complex, cross-functional matrixed environment.and results.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
