Global Senior Manager - Demand Generation
Role Overview
This role focuses on bringing global campaign kits to life through high-impact, digital-first execution while integrating field and regional efforts to drive demand, pipeline growth, and revenue. The position emphasizes hands-on campaign activation, continuous optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous performance tracking in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, data-driven, and skilled in leveraging digital tactics alongside field/partner alignment to maximize ROI and funnel velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Activation & Execution: Adapt and deploy campaign kits across digital and field channels to generate demand and build pipeline; continuously refine execution based on real-time market signals, customer feedback, and performance data.
- Digital-First Execution: Lead multi-channel digital campaigns using paid media (search, display, social), email marketing & nurture streams, SEO/SEM, web personalization & landing page optimization, webinars/virtual events, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM) tactics, and marketing automation workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and sales teams to localize campaigns, ensure regional compliance and alignment with sales priorities, and provide execution feedback (e.g., effectiveness, content gaps, field readiness) to enhance future campaigns and scalability.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key metrics (MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, ROI, CPL/CAC targets); optimize tactics, channel spend allocation within budget, and attribution models to accelerate funnel velocity and maximize impact.
- Project Management & Executional Rigor: Own timelines, deliverables, multi-channel coordination, and stakeholder communications to deliver campaigns on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital tactics: paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, ABM, marketing automation, content syndication, and event-based channels.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze performance and optimize in real-time; proficiency in using AI tools to enhance campaign execution on digital media.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities; comfortable articulating strategies, outcomes, and improvements in matrixed, fast-paced settings.
- Ability to incorporate feedback, close performance loops, and drive iterative improvements while adapting to shifting timelines and regional requirements.
- This role sits at the intersection of global campaign strategy and regional/local execution, requiring someone who thrives on activation, optimization, and collaboration to deliver measurable pipeline results.
