Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Global Recruiter to join our People team, reporting to the VP, People. This person will work closely with multiple hiring managers across our departments globally. Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of BigID’s success; we play a key role in attracting, developing & retaining the best talent.
What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the globe — understand their teams, their needs, and what "great" looks like for every role
- Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close — across multiple time zones and markets
- Design bold, creative sourcing strategies (think: beyond job boards) that build diverse, qualified pipelines fast
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to signed offer, including navigating compensation nuances across regions
- Manage 5+ open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Collaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar on hiring quality continuously
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech startup
- Proven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions and countries — you know that hiring in London, Singapore, or São Paulo each requires a different approach
- A creative, scrappy sourcing mindset — direct outreach, social networking, and building talent communities are your go-tos
- Strong communication skills that translate across cultures and time zones
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Genuine curiosity about the roles you recruit for — you dig in, you understand, you represent

This is a contract opportunity with an hourly rate of $50-60/hr
