Job Description

Global Product Manager - Ultrasound

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to accelerate the growth of the Ultrasound Circular portfolio for all regions except China. In this role, you take end to end ownership of the refurbished and Select Edition offerings — from shaping the portfolio strategy and building strong business cases, to driving roadmap execution and delivering commercial results. You will identify market opportunities, lead lifecycle management using the PDLM framework, and ensure seamless alignment between trade in, pricing, and go-to-market plans. A key part of the job is working closely with the Ultrasound business and the activation manager to strengthen our circular value regeneration efforts and keep the portfolio competitive in a fast-moving market.

Your role:

  • Identify market growth opportunities, build strong business cases to expand the Circular Equipment portfolio, driving implementation to plan.
  • Act as business owner for the refurbished portfolio, with end-to-end accountability for performance, ensuring alignment of trade-in and market activation strategies to deliver order intake, revenue, and margin growth
  • Lead introduction of the Select Edition offering, including strategic pricing, catalog setup and upstream go-to-market alignment with Market Activation.
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle from concept to launch, using Product Development Lifecyle Management framework (PDLM) to drive disciplined development.
  • Develop and deliver business cases, portfolio claims and roadmap ambitions across commercial, installed base in partnership with key (BU) stakeholders in order to maximize value regeneration from returned systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Ultrasound business to align Circular Equipment strategy with broader business priorities.
  • Deliver regular, data-driven updates to key stakeholders on business performance, risks, and opportunities, translating stakeholder input into actionable strategic and operational plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and segment development to ensure the portfolio stays relevant and competitive.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in Product Management internationally. Experience in ultrasound or a highly regulated environment is preferred. This role is an individual contributor.
  • Your skills include Market intelligence, Clinical Research, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
