We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Product Manager to lead our Electromechanical Switches and Rotary Switch product lines. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, product profitability, and identifying new areas of growth globally. You will define and execute product line strategy, manage financial performance, and oversee new product development, while leading a high-performing team.

About the job:

Product Line Leadership & Strategy

  • Directly, and through assigned reports, develop and execute product line strategy, including financial performance, growth strategies, and product roadmaps.

  • Define go-to-market strategies by region, including distributor focus, product positioning, and key account selection.

  • Build business cases for new product development and drive successful NPI execution and NPC/NPS improvement.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and technology trend analysis to inform strategic direction.

  • Manage global pricing strategies and inventory management across channels.

Collaboration & Sales Alignment

  • Partner with sales teams, business development managers, and channel management to execute product line strategy.

  • Develop regional-specific strategies and determine key accounts to drive business opportunities.

  • Support GTM execution with application-specific product positioning and targeted account initiatives.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify partnership and investment opportunities to expand the product line and business unit.

  • Analyze market segments, critical success factors, and competition to inform investment decisions and business plans.

  • Engage with external partners and customers to execute business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships.

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and implement Marcom strategies aligned with business unit goals, target market segments, and distribution channels.

  • Work with direct and indirect reports to support Marcom initiatives and provide materials for new product launches and communications.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in the electromechanics industry, with 7–10 years in product marketing and/or product management.

  • Demonstrated ability to map markets, assess segments, and evaluate product offerings to shape product line or business strategy.

  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps, new product development, and engaging with engineering teams.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engagement with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.

  • Strong track record of managing product line profitability, including pricing authority and understanding industry channel practices.

  • Experienced in partnering with other business units on cost reduction plans and driving execution in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to manage conflict, set priorities independently, and lead through influence in a cross-functional team environment.
