Join us in a highly visible and strategically important role where you will shape how we capture value across our global portfolio. As our Global Pricing Manager, you will drive pricing excellence, improve net price realization and margin performance, and influence cross functional teams to strengthen our financial outcomes. What will you be doing?

  • Setting and governing global pricing strategies, frameworks and approval models that enable disciplined decision making

  • Leading global pricing councils and ensuring consistent adoption of pricing standards across regions

  • Identifying price leakage using transactional data and driving initiatives to improve net price realization

  • Building advanced models to evaluate price volume mix effects and partnering with Finance to quantify P&L impact

  • Leading launch price architecture and value based pricing for new products, collaborating closely with Marketing and regional teams

  • Conducting market research and competitive pricing analysis to guide positioning decisions

  • Influencing cross functional stakeholders to drive pricing discipline and align commercial, marketing and regional leaders

  • Managing lifecycle and end of life pricing strategies across markets

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or another quantitative discipline

  • 6+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy in complex B2B environments

  • Proven ability to improve price realization and expand margin within contract driven or negotiated pricing environments

  • Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle pricing management

  • Advanced modelling skills with experience using transactional data and BI tools

  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated global industries is strongly preferred

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $87,250.00 to $151,500.00 USD annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
