Position Overview

This role reports directly to the AWS CEO @ Quantiphi and is considered a vital leadership position with the organization. The purpose of this role is to lead a variety of teams and associated initiatives to support Quantiphi’s AWS Channel revenue and customer acquisition goals. This leadership role will encompass all practice areas including D&A, ML, Contact Center , Migrations, App Dev/App Mod and others. A Technical Presales leader plays a critical
role in the sales process, bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. This role involves understanding customer requirements and leading a team that presents technical solutions, and demonstrating how products or services can meet those needs.

Experience Level: 10 Year +

Responsibilities: Technical Pre-Sales

  • Act as the primary technical leadership interface for our onshore sales and partner teams and our offshore GTM pre-sales teams

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership by assisting the sales team in devising the most appropriate pitch, story, proposals and technical solution in support of the prospect requirements

  • Lead our onshore and offshore GTM Technical Pre-sales organization including team members

  • Be the customer internal technical advocate

  • Lead and/or assist in creating and delivery purpose-specific customer workshops (e.g. GenAI Advisory Workshop)

  • Assist and facilitate the transition from pre-sales to the delivery team

  • Lead the technical Strategy for nominated customers and prospects

  • Assist with the creation of technical documents to support bid responses (RFI, RFP, …)

  • Knowledge sharing of latest industry trends and AWS technologies in collaboration with our sales team, customers, prospects and partners

  • Deliver solution updates covering roadmaps with our customers and prospects

  • Development and delivery of financial information, such as Return on Investment (ROI), non-standard products, internal/external professional services

  • Ensure that all technical solutions fit within the customers’ requirements and budget

  • Joint development of Account Plans with Business Development and Partner Alliance leads

  • Development of packaged services offerings

  • Be an inspiration and influencer for ongoing post-sales delivery excellence

Responsibilities: Micro-Solution / Solution Strategy & Development

  • Collaborate with sales, practice leaders and other AWS channel leaders to formulate a micro-solution development strategy and roadmap

  • Assess existing solutions, demos, etc. (regardless of internal ownership) to determine which may be viable solutions for production

  • Work with the AWS Channel delivery team to understand which development and deployed components maybe viable micro-solution candidates

  • Formulate a protocol for ongoing delivery deployed solution assessments for migration to micro-solution deployment

  • Develop a mechanism for rapid micro-solution development and deployment (including Amazon Marketplace)

  • Publish monthly micro-solutions

Responsibilities: AWS Professional Services Business Development

  • Build trusted relationships with AWS Professional Services leadership

  • Educate AWS ProServ on Quantiphi Super Powers, customer work and ability to assist with projects

  • Drive opportunity generation from ProServ for staff augmentation and related project work

  • Achieve ProServ revenue targets related to ProServ work

  • Asses additional capabilities / needs of AWS ProServ and work with Delivery to formulate offerings accordingly
