Job Summary
The Global Operations Director plays a crucial role in collaborating with senior Portfolio Administration (PA) leaders to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans, leveraging the platform to bring the best of Cushman & Wakefield to accounts. The PA Global Ops Director ensures operational excellence by making sure all systems, processes, and tools support Portfolio Administration operations, identifying process improvements.
The director drives innovation and best practices, supports new system implementations. Utilizing data analytics, they measure performance and identify trouble spots, while also overseeing training and development to ensure team members are well-positioned for success in their roles. They lead key initiatives, manage change and special projects, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and oversee process management and third-party subcontractor operations to maintain service excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration

  • Collaborate with senior leaders in the development of PA performance goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Leverage the platform to bring the best of Cushman & Wakefield to our accounts.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all systems, processes, and tools are available to support our Portfolio Administration operations and objectives.
  • Ensure PA processes are clearly defined, streamlined, and deployed on our accounts.
  • Identify process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Assist with maximizing the utilization, productivity, and performance of our PA team members.
  • Team with the regional PSCs to ensure consistency, connectivity, and alignment.
  • Ensure the PA delivery model aligns with each client and adapt accordingly to optimize client satisfaction.

Innovation and Best Practices

  • Help drive innovation and best practices into our PA accounts.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, technology, and tools.

Data Analytics

  • Utilize data analytics to measure performance, efficacy of service delivery, and identify trouble spots.
  • Provide business intelligence support.
  • Promote additional data driven tools to support platform measurables

Service Excellence

  • Oversight of Service Excellence team
  • Manage priorities of SE team, aligned with global PA strategy, to ensure function drives performance improvement initiatves across the global PA platform

Training and Development:

  • Oversee training and onboarding delivery and content management.
  • Standardize structured training delivery, with global strategy and policy managed within the PA service line.
  • Conduct follow-up check ins with associates periodically after training completion to ensure sufficient development.

Project Management

  • Lead and program-manage key initiatives that will elevate our performance and effectiveness in serving our clients.
  • Manage change and special projects, including TDS-led PA projects.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and standards.
  • Ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
  • Oversee process initiation, sign-off, independent review, and SOC compliance within IPM Ops, including annual UAR related projects

Process Management:

  • Apply standardized processes and manage content improvement.
  • Oversee operational third-party sub-contractor management.
