We are looking for a strategic Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to join our People Experience team. In this role, you will manage global mobility vendor operations and oversee immigration strategy and execution for employee relocations, transfers, and work authorization. You’ll partner closely with internal legal counsel, external immigration providers, and cross-functional partners across Zoom to deliver a compliant and employee-centric mobility experience.
About the Team
The PX Compliance and Talent Strategies team plays a critical role in advancing Zoom's business goals. We ensure that our people programs are compliant, scalable, and centered on the employee experience. Our team partners closely across the organization to help teams identify, hire, onboard, and support talent
globally. We maintain regulatory integrity and enable a seamless and equitable experience for all Zoomies. We provide strategic oversight and operational guidance on areas like immigration, global mobility, and talent engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration processes for employee moves, including relocations, transfers, and visa/work permit applications
Acting as the primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration or relocation processes, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle
Collaborating with internal and external legal counsel to interpret and apply immigration regulations in key jurisdictions
Managing relationships with external immigration and relocation vendors to ensure service level agreements and compliance standards are met
Tracking and reporting on global immigration activities, risks, timelines, and escalations
Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Compensation to support cross-border hiring and mobility planning
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of mobility and immigration policies, workflows, and employee-facing resources
Staying up to date on changes in global immigration laws and provide guidance to internal teams as needed
Supporting ad hoc projects across the PX compliance team, as needed
What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration
Have experience in broader HR compliance or regulatory work
Possess demonstrated experience navigating global immigration regulations and processes Have proven experience managing vendor relationships and navigating complex case escalations with legal or immigration counsel
Have organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
Possess proven communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset
Have integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee and legal matters
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in HR or related field
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00Maximum:
$225,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
