Job DescriptionThe Marketing Intern will assist the Global Marcom Team with various marketing and event-related tasks. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives, as well as handling other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offline and Online Event Support:
- Support planning, coordinating and execution of events.
- Provide support for online and offline events, including support with email campaigns and social media posts.
- Manage and arrange exhibition visitor lists, compilation of leads generated and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of exhibits, marketing materials, banners, and other event-related items.
- Utilize Monday.com for efficient project management, task tracking, and collaboration with team members.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support:
- Support marketing activities including email marketing, digital/social advertising campaigns, and integrated campaign initiatives.
- Support emailer setup, deployment, and basic performance tracking (e.g. open rates, clicks, leads generated).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on digital assets, content updates, and campaign-related materials.
- Help maintain campaign trackers and documentation to support reporting and post-campaign reviews.
4. Marcom Operations:
- Support vendor creation requests and changes in the system.
- Support processing of payments related to marketing activities and ensure timely completion of financial transactions as well as tracking in Monday.com.
5. Additional Support:
- Provide general support for other marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the MarCom team.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and cross-team coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in continuing education establishment with a focus on marketing and communications studies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Waltham one to two days per week as well as remotely.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

The pay rate for this role is currently $22 per hour The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
