Your role involves creating project schedules, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring global consistency in solutions.

- Manage implementation and testing projects.
- Lead global/regional implementation projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate progress to senior management.
- Resolve escalated risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
- Gather and document user requirements.
- Devise implementation strategies with technology leads.
- Deliver and track project builds with developers.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience in FX, Derivatives, finance, or banking domain.
- Work effectively with global teams.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Lead complex global implementation programs.
- Utilize business analysis and project management tools.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

- Apply process improvements across projects.
- Deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
