As a Global Events Program Manager  at Vonage, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to achieve organizational goals.  This role involves managing all aspects of event programming, including strategy, planning, logistics, vendor relationships, budgeting, and team collaboration to ensure successful event outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business objectives and develop an event strategy that supports business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute events ensuring event objectives are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage and monitor event budget, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
  • Manage & Coordinate event internal and external email communications, including the invitation, reminders, and post-event communications
  • Establish and execute project timelines
  • Coordinate logistics and deliverables for trade shows including booking booth and meeting space, managing housing, managing shipment of exhibition assets to and from events
  • Manage Registration Process and Attendee Correspondence 
  • Manage Attendee Hotel Accommodation and Rooming Lists
  • Manage Communication with Ground/DMC Providers
  • Coordination of pre-event tasks such as briefing templates, production of name badges, place cards, printed materials; packing and shipping of event supplies
  • Manage Conference & Trade Show Staff Materials
  • Manage Post-Event Attendee Evaluations & Lead Gathering
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (leads, meetings, pipeline, revenue, ROI)  to evaluate event success and areas for improvement
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 8+ years of events management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and timelines
