You will be responsible for building and ensuring a premier audience experience at ElasticON, the company's regional solution user series throughout the year. You will have experience running user conferences and international roadshows as well as hybrid/digital conferences.

This role requires a combination of critical thinking, strong planning and execution skills to optimally plan and develop strategic activities to deliver marketing contributions to the sales and partner pipeline.

  • Deeply understand the markets and latest trends from an event experience perspective. Know the key events that our target segments are attending and stay abreast of what competitors are doing. Use these insights to creatively design and optimize the event program globally.
  • Lead, run and mentor a hard-working team of event marketers to ensure goals and audience expectations are always exceeded and the Elastic brand is well represented.
  • Drive economies of scale across the Events team and resources that translate across multiple events.

Optimally collaborate with Field Marketers, Sales Teams and Subject Matter Authorities for event messaging, content, curriculum, sessions, speakers, etc. to ensure a compelling story is presented and that it engages our key target audience.
  • Own the end-to-end event execution in the market including registrations, vendor relationships, SME/speaker presentations, internal/external event communications, venue and/or digital world, sponsorship, show-floor expo, budget and procurement, compliance and follow-up plan to ensure that the event strategy and plan is executed with the highest of standards, within event brand guidelines and that it leads to critical metric attainment.
  • Maintain a network of partners to assist with venue sourcing, production, branding and onsite logistics.
  • Supervise return on investment, campaign tie-in and engagement and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement and optimize future events.
  • Guide the development of all communications surrounding the event - from pre-event comms to registration to post-show follow-ups.
What You Bring
