The Global Customer Forecast Manager is responsible for building and fostering relationships with several of Cytiva’s Global Strategic Accounts. The role involves influencing, meeting, and partnering directly with our largest customers to gather a customer forecast for recurring business. You will partner with your accounts to improve accuracy, understand changes in demand, and gather additional insights valuable to the commercial and demand planning teams.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Forecast Intelligence and is part of our Global Commercial Enablement team and will be an on-site role.

What you will do!

  • Build and foster direct relationships with assigned strategic accounts to receive forecasts on recurring consumable business and gather insights on changes in demand
  • Translate customer forecasts into relevant insights and collaborate cross-functionally with internal Commercial and Demand Planning Partners to bring visibility to customer status and upcoming demand
  • Manage opportunities and forecast roll-ups in Saleforce.com
  • Work on ad-hoc strategic projects to drive improvements in the forecast process and other business needs

Who you are!

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of sales, commercial operations/excellence, or related/relevant analytical & customer focused professional experience
  • Comfortable communicating directly with customers as well as various levels internally
  • Digitally adept in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

  • Digitally adept in Salesforce.com
  • CP in a DBS Tool
