Job Description:

Why You'll Love This Role:

Innovation happens when the right people, ideas, and technology come together. At Arrow, our Sales teams connect customers with the expertise, solutions, and global capabilities they need to move faster, solve complex challenges, and stay ahead of what's next.

As the Global Commercial Program Lead, you are responsible for translating Microsoft commercial programs and business policies into clear, actionable, and operationally ready frameworks for Arrow teams, sellers, and partners.

You make sure that Microsoft program updates, policy changes, incentive structures, commercial opportunities, and business requirements are understood by the right internal audiences and converted into practical execution plans. Your role is to reduce complexity, create clarity, and help local teams activate Microsoft programs with confidence. You are the connection point between Microsoft commercial stakeholders, Arrow global teams, regional and country sales teams, operations, enablement, and partner-facing teams. Your success is measured by how effectively commercial programs are understood, adopted, and executed in the field — and how clearly partners are supported through those motions.

What You'll Do:

  • Translate Microsoft commercial programs into Arrow-ready execution by simplifying program requirements, business policies, incentives, and commercial motions into clear guidance for internal teams.

  • Drive operational readiness by ensuring that new or changing Microsoft programs are understood across sales, operations, platform, enablement, marketing, and country teams before they are launched in the field.

  • Build seller enablement frameworks that help Arrow sales teams understand what the program is, why it matters, how to position it, and how to activate it with partners.

  • Support partner success by making sure partners receive clear, practical, and consistent guidance on Microsoft commercial programs, policy changes, and growth opportunities.

  • Act as the internal expert for Microsoft commercial programs and policies by answering questions, clarifying requirements, guiding teams through changes, and escalating unresolved topics when needed.

  • Liaise with Microsoft commercial stakeholders to understand upcoming program changes, business priorities, incentive updates, policy shifts, and execution expectations.

  • Connect commercial strategy with field execution by turning Microsoft priorities into practical playbooks, communication packs, training materials, and country activation plans.

  • Support local country and regional teams by providing program guidance, readiness materials, structured follow-up, and escalation support.

  • Coordinate with operations and platform teams to ensure that commercial program requirements are reflected in operational processes, systems, tools, and partner experience.

  • Track adoption, execution, and blockers by consolidating country feedback, identifying gaps, monitoring readiness progress, and preparing clear updates for leadership.

  • Create a consistent communication rhythm for Microsoft commercial program updates, ensuring internal teams know what is changing, what action is required and where to find support.

  • Support governance and leadership communication by preparing executive-ready summaries, decision points, readiness updates, and recommendations.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft commercial ecosystem, including partner programs, incentives, policies, sales motions, and channel execution.

  • Experience translating complex vendor programs or business policies into practical field enablement, operational readiness, and partner-facing guidance.

  • Strong understanding of how a value-added distributor operates, including partner models, channel dynamics, seller enablement, operational processes, and country execution.

  • Experience working with sales, operations, enablement, vendor management, platform teams, and partner-facing organizations.

  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across a complex, international business environment.

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, deadlines, stakeholders, and regions in parallel.

  • Ability to simplify complex commercial topics and turn them into clear communication, playbooks, FAQs, training materials, and action plans.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand how commercial programs translate into revenue growth, partner engagement, and field execution.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where vendor programs, business policies and priorities evolve frequently.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create concise, structured, and executive-ready updates.
