About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development executive who has built channel teams across geographies. We are looking to build a strong distribution network across Cloud, Resellers, SIs and Entertainment that sustains our growth for the next 10 years. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our BD strategy globally, including the channels to open/expand, success metrics, resources, and more

  • Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities for our sales reps

  • Manage a team of verticalised BD team members to include Cloud, Resellers/Channel and Entertainment

  • Establish and nurture relationships with companies to drive growth

  • Oversee key global relationships with strategic brands

Who you are
  1. 10+ years of experience in business development or channel partnerships within SaaS, including at least 4 years in direct sales

  2. Proven track record in Big Tech or demonstrated strong technical acumen

  3. A true owner mindset - hands-on, proactive and ready to dive into execution to drive results

  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to influence and build trust

  5. Experience designing and executing a broad range of business development initiatives

  6. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams

  7. Based on the US East Coast or open to relocating for optimal timezone collaboration
