The Global Brand Strategy & Marketing Integration Manage r is responsible for supporting the brand's positioning, and overall market presence across GM's global markets to help drive core results. This role drives collaboration to bring efficiencies and consistency globally.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact and central hub across global markets for brand strategy, content and product roadmap. They will represent the global perspective on strategy, tactical plans, and creative needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with global markets to develop and assess short and long term marketing plans that align with the overarching global brand marketing strategy.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure a consistent, cohesive, and disciplined execution of the global brand vision.
This role is essential in identifying strategic opportunities to position the brand as a global Tier 1 leader. The individual will work closely with markets to contribute to the company's EBIT, and market share goals while safeguarding brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead consistent global brand strategy across all markets that aligns with the overall business objectives and resonates with target audiences worldwide
- Lead campaign team in planning, executing, and closing projects within budget, schedule, and scope
- Facilitate and lead the annual roll-up of individual country/regional marketing plans into the broader global marketing plan
- Monitoring and evaluation of KPI's, consumer sentiment across international markets, leveraging data driven insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Support integration and roll out of go to market plans for global markets
- Coordinate and integrate global input into key brand moments: global product reveals, launches and brand campaigns and activations
- Lead and manage the integrated global market process, leveraging agency partners as required
- Facilitate information and assets and enable connection between global leadership with international markets as needed and appropriate
- Carry out regular connects with international market representatives via videoconferences and in-person planning meetings (as needed) for the executive brand team
- Coordinate closely with counterparts on the product marketing team/channel leads to develop tools, materials and playbooks as needed to drive efficiency and collaboration around the globe
- Recommend and present solutions to management and other key stakeholders as requested on brand strategy and global topics
- Facilitate global best practice sharing session quarterly and ad hoc global learning sessions
- Orchestrate and manage onboarding of new markets to align with process, guidelines, and overall ways of working
- Support and fostering a culture of brand advocacy among international teams
