Your Role:
The Global Brand Director will be a key contributor in the design and development of brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence worldwide. The person in this role will be a key participant in supporting the launch and overall performance of the brand.
Location Classification – Hybrid:
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Global Brand Lead to develop brand strategy incl. positioning, messaging, digital frameworks
- Translate global brand strategy into actionable toolkits (e.g., messaging guides, launch checklists, best practices, etc.) for local teams, particularly ex-US
- Ensure sufficient knowledge transfer and brand strategy dissemination with local teams, while also ensuring on-the-ground perspectives are incorporated into global strategy
- Oversee global congress strategy and execution; guide local congress strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of disease state, market dynamics, unmet needs, and brand/competitive data to lead the development and evolution of market shaping and brand building initiatives.
- Provide strategic input to the Global Brand Team
- Demonstrate and develop strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and others as required and appropriate to define and execute tactical plans
- Ability to independently and proactively identify strategic opportunities, build plans and execute against them
- Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Manage multiple projects and vendors and ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage category/project budgets.
- Ensure compliant execution of all marketing strategies, materials, and tactics
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines), MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
- S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is a preferred
- Oncology and rare disease experience preferred
- Microsoft Office

- Clear communicator able to engage, influence and navigate cross-functional stakeholders

- Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need.
- This position must be able to work East Coast hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $165,000 – $230,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
