Solutions Architect – Advanced Visualization & Insights (Cambridge, MA)
Design and deliver scalable, future-ready healthcare solutions by translating complex customer needs into innovative architecture across cloud and AI-driven environments, enabling seamless integration, optimized performance, and long-term strategic growth.
Your role:
Lead pre-sales solution design by assessing customer business, clinical, and technical requirements to architect tailored Advanced Visualization solutions that drive operational and commercial success
Partner cross-functionally with sales teams, subject matter experts, customers, and third-party vendors to design, validate, and position end-to-end solutions and service offerings
Develop and present solution architecture and service capabilities to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clinicians, and IT leaders
Scope implementation, integration, and consulting services by defining tasks, estimating effort, and ensuring accurate Statements of Work aligned with business standards
Support implementation and continuous improvement efforts by contributing to delivery teams, optimizing methodologies, and enhancing service offerings based on customer feedback
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience as a technical individual contributor, ideally within healthcare, leading installation and delivery of complex technology solutions in customer environments (Preferably medtech or healthcare environments)
Your skills include influencing technical decisions, solution consulting, and strong working knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, networking, Active Directory, SSL, IT troubleshooting, storage systems, backups, and imaging technologies; bonus if you have experience with system integration standards (XML, HL7, DICOM), Hyper-V, SaaS, and cloud environments
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Clinical Practice, or a equivalent.
You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, and able to navigate complex environments while driving efficient, scalable outcomes
You have experience working in a team environment to achieve desired results, collaborate, and build networks. You consistently approach challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, seeking out practical ways to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $126,000 to $201,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
