About the Role

As a Global Acquisition Coordinator at Passage, you will be responsible for driving growth by signing up and activating new recruitment partners across the world. You will manage a mandate of acquiring high-performing agencies, activating them on the Passage platform. This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B sales manager with deep experience in the study abroad industry.

What You Will Do

Partner Acquisition

  • Discover, promote and sign up global recruitment agents to the Passage platform

  • Increase Passage’s market penetration in the covered geographies

  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing training and initial operational support

  • Ensure partners adopt Passage’s digital tools and workflows
    Uphold compliance and KYC standards for signed up partners

Activation Management

  • Own and deliver on quarterly activation targets

  • Develop and execute partner acquisition and activation plans—visits, training sessions, marketing campaigns, and industry events

  • Monitor partner activation through CRM analytics and identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, admissions, and marketing teams to drive outcomes

What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in partner or account management within the study abroad / international education sector

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of Canadian admissions, visa, and student recruitment cycles

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into action
