We are searching for a Global Account Manager (GAM) to grow our Networking and Storage business with HPE in the Datacenter and Enterprise markets. We are seeking an expert, high-energy sales professional with a consistent track record of building strategic relationships, developing, and driving go-to-market strategies through large complex organizations. This position requires close working relationships with HPE and NVIDIA architects, product management and product marketing, and key ecosystem partners to help drive HPE’s Datacenter Storage and Networking offerings through their channel and into target enterprise markets. As the Ai network fabric (InfiniBand/Ethernet) and Storage are essential towards a performant AI Factory solution, it is critical to build up strong expertise to help drive our value to and through the HPE OEM sales motion. As a GAM this person will be managing our network and storage business and driving strong connect rates with our other technologies. Ideally we will be looking for people who have data center build out experience, so we can transfer our knowledge to our leading AI Enterprise infrastructure partner.
The role is based in Houston, Texas.
What you will be doing:
Partner closely with HPE’s Business Units to drive adoption of NVIDIA Datacenter AI solutions built-upon NVIDIA Networking, GPU, CPU, DPU and associated software stacks.
Working with HPE’s and NVIDIA’s global and regional teams defining and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
Serve as the principal liaison between NVIDIA and HPE’s Datacenter Networking and Storage business unit to drive development and alignment with NVIDIA’s AI platform strategies, Reference Architectures, and solutions.
Handling a large book of business with HPE on behalf of NVIDIA.
Set performance standards, establish metrics, track progress, report and adjust for gaps in strategy and lead all aspects of the NVIDIA field team’s Datacenter engagement.
Work with sales managers and the functional team (marketing, technical and sales teams) on a regular basis to resolve operational and business issues.
Participate and lead discussions in Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews with key internal and external leaders and executives.
Encouraged to travel globally, as needed.
What we need to see:
High-energy and experienced professional able to develop strategic relationships with OEM partners.
The ability to shift easily from working with senior level executives and strategic decision makers to product/platform managers and marketing managers.
Strong knowledge of multi-tiered channel and OEM GTM and sales strategies.
A solid familiarity with Networking, Storage, and Datacenter markets.
Applicable Datacenter network fabric solution experience.
Datacenter AI experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or equivalent experience.
At least 10+ years leading strategic global accounts passionate about enterprise technologies.

The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
