Qualifications
GIS Software Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, Pro, Server, Portal)
Experience with ArcGIS Online and QGIS
Database & Data Management:
Experience designing and maintaining enterprise geodatabases (ArcSDE)
Strong SQL and spatial data integration experience
Scripting & Automation:
Proficiency in Python, including ArcPy and ArcGIS API
Experience with FME for ETL processes
Ability to automate GIS workflows and data processing
