Lead the design and delivery of customer experience solutions, mentor technical team members, and ensure quality delivery of projects.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Genesys Architect to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities
- Facilitate JAD sessions with customers
- Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Design and architect CTI based solutions to meet requirements
- Lead a team of engineers in implementation activities
- Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration and development
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
- Mentor other technical team members
Requirements
In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 8 years of experience with:
