The GenAI On-Prem Solution Support Engineer will support on-premise infrastructure, manage AI workflows, and collaborate with R&D teams on GenAI solutions.
Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a GenAI On-Prem Solution Support Engineer to join its innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support on-premise infrastructure (test machines, servers, networking equipment) used for GenAI solution deployment.
- Deploy, configure, and support the GenAI-based test automation solution (including model APIs, integration pipelines, and supporting services).
- Troubleshoot and maintain Python-based scripts and solution components using LLM/GenAI.
- Collaborate with remote R&D team on debugging incidents, logs analysis, and improvements.
- Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and ensure stable deployments.
- Integrate solution components into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Provide first-line support for issues related to AI workflows, data pipelines, and test execution.
- Proven experience in IT support / system administration / field engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Python (support, debugging, small fixes)
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLM-based solutions (deployment, configuration, monitoring).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in production/test environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar).
- Good skills in hardware maintenance (servers, networks, test benches).
- Languages: German B1–B2 for local client interaction; English B2+ for technical/business communication.
Nice to have:
- Work experience in engineering or R&D projects.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools for ML/AI pipelines (MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana).
