Gastro Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join our private practice teams in Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham. Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure. 

Newly established compensation model for both new associates and partnership conversions! Our model offers clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term wealth-building potential through private practice ownership — supported by the infrastructure of the nation’s largest private GI group. 

Compensation & Benefits 

Base Salary Range: $500,000 – $550,000 (based on experience and qualifications) 

Additional compensation includes: 
• Signing bonus 
• Fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows) 
• Productivity incentives (wRVU model) 
• Transition bonus leading to partnership 
• Relocation assistance
