What We Look For in Future Implementation Engineer Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:

Hands-on experience implementing SaaS, network-based, or client-side software
-
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, IP ranges, firewalls, proxies, etc.)

Comfort working with school district IT teams and managing multiple rollouts
-
Troubleshooting and solution design skills (bonus for scripting, PowerShell, or command-line experience)
-
A track record of guiding customers through technical onboarding with clarity and empathy
-
The ability to partner cross-functionally with support, engineering, and product teams

A technically-minded communicator with a service-first approach

Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing multiple implementations at once

Skilled at explaining complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences

Curious and self-directed in a remote-first environment
