As a Product Marketing Manager, Design Associate, you will combine creative design skills with content and go-to-market expertise to help shape how Fusion is communicated and experienced across all touchpoints. You will work closely with product, sales, and design teams to create engaging visuals, powerful narratives, and digital assets that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of the Fusion platform.
Job responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop messaging frameworks and positioning for Fusion's platform. Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for different client segments.
- Develop illustrations and visual designs: Create high-impact diagrams, visuals, and illustrations in Figma for campaigns, product marketing activities, and website. Translating data and technology concepts into visual stories.
- Sales enablement: Design compelling, easy-to-understand pitchbooks that simplify complex concepts. Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to build foundational client decks.
- Video creation: Produce short demo videos and motion graphics using Camtasia and After Effects to showcase product capabilities and use cases.
- Digital marketing: Develop and support digital campaigns with cohesive design and content across web, social, and events. Collaborate with firmwide CIB Marketing to implement and measure campaigns.
- Website support: Contribute to Fusion's website design, structure, and updates as a lead client conversion and engagement tool.
- Market intelligence: Monitor competitors, client insights, and industry trends to inform messaging and GTM efforts.
- Brand alignment: Maintain consistency with J.P. Morgan brand guidelines and raise the creative bar across all assets.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, content design, or digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or data/analytics platform environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, illustration, or design work across product, marketing, or educational materials.
- Advanced skills in Figma, PowerPoint, and Camtasia. Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, or similar design tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to distill complex, abstract concepts into clear, visually impactful diagrams and narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven experience developing and delivering high-quality pitchbooks, explainer videos, and marketing collateral with minimal oversight.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and message to different audiences and channels.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Passionate about design, technology, and the intersection of data and storytelling.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Tableau, or related tools is a plus.
