We are seeking talented and experienced Fullstack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud, with a bonus if they have experience in digital health technologies. As a crucial member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our products to deliver exceptional user experiences.

The role can be for a principal, lead, staff or senior title depending on experience and career preference of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.

  • Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability.

  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment.

  • Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies.

  • A history of delivery on high impact organizational projects.

  • Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Passion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.

  • Commitment to following best practices and standards for software development.

  • Wants to be part of building an engineering team from the ground up.

  • Participation in on-call rotation.
