About us

Johnson Law Group is an international law firm that has recovered over $2B for our clients. The firm's foundation has been built on strong operations, legal, and finance expertise. Over the last year, building our own software has proved to be the next key component to supercharge the way we work and the quality and scale of service we provide.


The role

Our engineering team's surface area of products / projects is growing rapidly, and we need more engineers to help build and expand our software capabilities.
Depending on your interests and expertise, this might mean building medical record review software, designing intake flows and marketing systems, or improving and expanding our client-facing app that helps our hundreds of thousands of clients navigate their legal cases.

Your work will directly impact whether we win cases and help people get the compensation they deserve.

 What we look for

Must have:

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with React, Svelte, Vue, or another component-based JavaScript framework 
  • Experience building and shipping products
  • Passionate about good UX

Nice to have:

  • Experience with large-scale consumer apps
  • Interest in / experience with generative AI
  • Experience with Salesforce development or APIs
