About the Role: As a Solutions Engineer in the USRM Small Commercial Products Tech team, you will act as a technical leader specializing in end-user technologies, security, networking, and system resilience. You will champion technology standards, drive automation initiatives, and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions. Your guidance will help set technical direction, inspire innovation, and ensure solutions meet organizational standards and business objectives. You'll work with teams developing a cloud-based, microservice architecture application, eCLIQ 2.0, designed for Liberty Mutual's Small Commercial lines agents.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and backend languages.
- Experienced with RXJS, NGRX, and modern front-end tech.
- AWS microservices architecture.
- Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Aptitude for identifying systemic issues and delivering strategic solutions.
- Security-conscious approach covering access control, authentication, and secure SDLC processes.
- Deep insight into multi-layered system designs.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
