What We Look For in Future Full-Stack Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with experience in frameworks like React or Angular

  • Experience in one or more back-end languages (e.g., Golang, Python, Java)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and RESTful API development

  • Comfort working with both relational and non-relational databases

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Git-based workflows, and Agile environments

Bonus if you’ve worked on high-scale SaaS products or have experience integrating front-end with microservice architectures.

  • A flexible engineer who enjoys working across the stack to solve user and business problems

  • Skilled at collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers

  • Eager to take ownership of features and contribute to architecture decisions
