We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Full Stack Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development expertise with the ability to coordinate technical projects, guide developers, review code, and ensure software solutions meet business and technical requirements. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can contribute directly to development while taking ownership of project delivery, technical decisions, and team performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience; strong frontend and backend development experience; proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; backend experience with Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Java, .NET, or similar; RESTful API and third-party integration experience; knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases; strong Git/version-control knowledge; understanding of software architecture, application security, scalability, and performance optimization; code-review experience; strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills; ability to work independently within a hybrid team.
