Duties:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement secure, versioned, and well-documented RESTful APIs adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Written clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
- Develop comprehensive Unit, Integration, and API test suites using JUnit, Mockito, and REST Assured to ensure code reliability.
- Create and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber to align technical implementation with business requirements.
- Execute performance testing (Load, Stress, and Endurance) using Apache JMeter to identify bottlenecks and ensure system stability.
- Implement Chaos Engineering practices to validate system resilience, fault tolerance, and failover mechanisms under simulated failure conditions.
- Provision and manage EKS infrastructure with optimized node sizing and autoscaling policies for cost efficiency and high availability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Set up and configure infrastructure for new Spring Boot applications, ensuring scalability and operational readiness.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production issues leveraging Datadog logs, metrics dashboards, and APM tooling.

- Built Camel routes with Artemis in Spring Boot to handle file upload workflows, migrated from existing TIBCO BW processes.
- Configured Artemis queues and wired them into Camel routes to process incoming files, apply business validations, and route them to downstream systems.
- Monitor and tune Artemis broker performance including queue depth, consumer throughput, and message backlog using Artemis management console and Datadog integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Document all performance test results and Chaos testing outcomes, obtaining necessary approvals prior to production promotion.
- Create and manage Change Management tickets in ServiceNow, including deployment-related tagging and coordination of production installations.
