About the Role: 

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to our engineering organization, focusing on building user-facing features and the scalable backend systems that support them. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver AI-driven analytics and insights to our customers. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly, and contributing to the core of our product's success.

In this Role, You Will: 

  • Work on user-facing features that leverage our core data pipeline capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend features and infrastructure using Java Spring Boot and Python.
  • Work with our Angular frontend to create smooth, integrated experiences between the frontend and backend.
  • Build new product features that deliver engaging and actionable insights to users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring our tech stack aligns with business needs and growth.
Requirements

A Key Candidate Will Have: 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Python, and Angular (preferred).
  • Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and a passion for working at our stage of growth.
  • A track record of delivering features at velocity while maintaining high standards for code quality.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and solutions effectively, while engaging meaningfully with the team and naturally participating in discussions and idea sharing.

What does the interview process look like?

The process depends on the role. For all positions, we like to start with a quick intro call just to make sure we're aligned.

From there, we typically do a longer (45min) call with one of our team members that can appropriately vet your skills & "speak your language" - on the engineering side, this might mean some technical questions, while on the sales side we ask you to build a quick presentation about yourself.
