Who You AreYou’re a jack-of-all-trades operator who can chat warmly with students as our Magic Genie, spin up funnels in GoHighLevel, run logistics for retreats, package long-form content into sellable courses, and cut sizzle / short / feature documentaries from piles of raw footage—leveraging AI tools at every step. You love ownership, fast turnarounds, and shipping real outcomes that make people’s lives better.
Role OverviewOwn day-to-day communications, retreats/events, course productization, social growth, CRM automations, ambassador programs, and AI-assisted video production for Magic University. Work closely with our Master Healer to turn voice-note ideas into reality—pages, videos, assets, and launches.
Responsibilities- Magic Genie (FB Messenger): 1:1 student comms, reminders, resource sharing, call scheduling; log everything in CRM.
 - Retreats & Events: Venue sourcing and negotiation; chefs, AV, transport, itineraries, run-sheets; comms cadence.
 - Course Packaging: Break long-form into 12 modules × 4 micro-weeks (48 units); assemble assets; ship product pages.
 - Video: Deliver 2-min sizzles, 6–12-min shorts, 60–90-min documentaries, docuseries (AI-assisted).
 - Social & Community: Content calendar, creation, growth loops, live coverage, moderation, reporting.
 - CRM (GHL): Funnels, products, calendars, automations, deliverability, memberships; data hygiene and attribution.
 - Ambassadors: Recruit, enable with kits, track performance; run incentives.
 - Lead Gen: Qualify and handoff; maintain clean notes and next steps.
 - EA Support: Action voice notes quickly; prepare briefs and follow-ups.
 
- Genie SLA: ≥95% responses within 2 business hours; ≥99% within 24h.
 - Retreats: 100% milestone on-time; CSAT ≥4.6/5.
 - Course Packaging: ≥8 micro-modules live / month; launch defects <1%.
 - Video Output: 1 sizzle + 1 short / month; 1 feature or 2 series episodes / quarter.
 - Social: MoM growth ≥10%; engagement ≥7–10%.
 - CRM: 100% opps with owner, stage, next step / date; deliverability on benchmark.
 
Automation: Uptime ≥99.5% (MTTR ≤30 min).
RequirementsSkills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in community / events / marketing operations and content production/post.
 - Proven video portfolio (sizzle, short, long-form); strong story sense; expert in Premiere / Final Cut + AI tools.
 - Hands-on GoHighLevel (funnels, products, automations, memberships, calendars, LC Phone / SMS).
 - Social content production at scale using AI; platform-native fluency (FB / IG / YouTube / TikTok / LinkedIn).
 - Event / retreat logistics and vendor management; contract and budget literacy.
 
Fast, clear English communication; high empathy and service orientation.
