Develop and support corporate WordPress sites end-to-end: architecture, backend/server logic, integrations (REST/SOAP), plugin/theme development, deployments, CI/CD, server (nginx/apache) configuration, code reviews, and environment setup.
This is a remote position.
International company ALTTRIX is a fin-tech developer and liquidity provider for brokerage companies, banks and investment funds. We are not engaged in brokerage activities, but offer turnkey solutions for other companies around the world. Having occupied its niche in the market since 2009, the company has successfully taken a leading position in its field of activity, and therefore it is constantly growing and expanding.
What will need to be done:
- End-to-end development and support of corporate websites on WordPress
- Development of the project architecture
- Performing Back-end work, including developing server logic
- Integration with external services ( Restful API, SOAP)
- Cross-review of the code
- Configuring nginx / apache, CI / CD.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with PHP 7.0+
- Knowledge of MySQL, understanding the difference between DELETE and TRUNCATE
- Knowledge and experience of working with CMS WordPress at the core level (writing queries, functions, hooks, etc.), creating plugins and customizing your own themes
- Ability to deploy a project on your own, be able to configure the development environment;
- Proficiency in git, namely knowledge of basic git commands, the ability to resolve conflicts, distinguish git revert from git reset
- Experience with Gulp or Web pack assemblies
- Experience with any of the CSS preprocessors (SCSS is used in our projects), as well as knowledge of the BEM methodology.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in website layout using layouts from Figma
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery.
