BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. We are currently seeking high performing analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth research analysis.
**This position is NOT on a 24x7 rotation schedule. BAE Systems employees typically work a standard M-F work week; however, there are occasions where employees have the ability to work added and/or "abnormal" hours.
Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell, specifically integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates must have the ability to exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products. Candidates must have an active clearance with polygraph to be considered and be willing and capable of passing additional polygraphs by the Government.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5 years of combined Intelligence experience, which can be supplemented by a relevant degree (AA = 2 years, BA = 3 years)
- 3 years of full-time and/or active duty motion geospatial or full motion video (FMV) analysis mission experience - We cannot substitute other Intelligence disciplines for the 3 minimum years required for this role
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass CI and other polygraphs.
- Work a standard 40 hr work week and be willing and able to work some nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.
- During high-tempo operations, can maintain situational awareness and can verbally and in writing relay and articulate intelligence.
- Can prioritize and solve routine tasks, positively impact customer and team relations.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical writing skills.
- Must possess fluency in ArcGIS Pro (and the ARC pro suite of tools)
- Must be an advanced keyboarder at 32 WPM with 100% accuracy or better without looking at a keyboard.
- Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen.
- Must possess FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each position.
- Must possess GPC-F certification, or be capable of testing/passing within 60 days of employment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Over 5-9 years of (FMV) analysis mission experience
- BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience using Microsoft Access
- Possess GPC IA or GA Level II certification
